Conference Social Program

A meet and greet wil be organized on the eve of the conference, 10. May 2026 from 18h30-20h00.

The conference dinner will take place on 12. May 2026 from 18h30-22h00.
All guest meals should be reserved when registering for the conference. The cost for the guests attending the conference dinner is € 70.

If you have a dietary requirement, please provide specific details here. For example, if you are vegetarian, please let us know whether you eat fish and/or dairy. If you are bringing a guest to the conference dinner or welcome reception, please remember to also specify their dietary requirements.

Conference fee

The conference fee is 390€ and includes:

Attendance at all presentations
Lunches on day 1 and day 2
Refreshment breaks on all 3 days
The formal dinner
The meet and greet

If you are unable to attend either or both formal dinner and meet and greet, the following reduced fees apply:

Conference only (no meet and greet or formal dinner): 300€
Conference plus meet and greet: 320€
Conference plus formal dinner excluding meet and greet: 370€
Costs for a guest at the dinner: 70€
All guest meals should be reserved when registering for the conference.

Student discount

Full time students are eligible for a reduction of 40€ on the conference fee (please include a copy of your student’s ID). As the conference dinner and meet and greet are charged at cost, there is no reduction for these elements.

EuroISME Cancellation Policy

In view of previous experience, Euro-ISME has now put a cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation 16 days or less in advance of the meet & greet (May 10th): no refund
Cancellation 17 to 25 days in advance of the meet & greet: 50% refund
Cancellation 25 to 35 days in advance of the meet & greet: 75% refund
Cancellation 36 days or more in advance of the meet & greet: 100% refund.
